4. Content and data

When you connect external platforms (such as YouTube), you authorize AskLibra to access certain data on your behalf, consistent with the permissions you grant.

You retain all rights to your original content and channel data.
You grant AskLibra a limited license to process that data in order to provide analytics, insights, and recommendations.
You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party platforms you connect (e.g., YouTube's Terms of Service).

5. Plans, billing, and refunds

AskLibra may offer free and paid plans. Pricing, billing cycles, and features may change over time.

For paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner using the payment methods we support (e.g., PayPal or local payment options).
Upgrades and renewals may be managed manually (e.g., reviewing payment references) as described in the app.
Unless otherwise specified, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Beta features

AskLibra may offer early or experimental features (beta). These may change or be discontinued at any time, and are provided "as is" without any guarantees.

7. Intellectual property

AskLibra, the AskLibra logo, and all related names, designs, and branding are the property of AskLibra or its licensors. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy of insights, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any specific growth, revenue, or engagement results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskLibra and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are causing harm to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AskLibra operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
